金益亭律师 中银律师事务所上海分所合伙人， 中欧师律网创办人。他在外商投资，收购兼并，私募融资，企业上市，劳动法，知识产权、公司法律事务及诉讼方面有丰富的经验。
主要经历：
金律师曾在若干大型跨国公司服务多年。曾担任新焦点汽车技术控股有限公司（港股代码 HK0360）法务经理，安邦财产保险股份有限公司专属事业部法务室主任等职务。对公司相关法律事务和合规工作有深入的了解。在此期间，他曾组织开展过在中国和亚太地区大规模的收购兼并业务；曾组织打击各类侵犯公司知识产权的行为，查抄侵权产品数百万元，维权系列行动被《中国知识产权报》《知识产权杂志》报导。
金律师曾工作于某涉外律师事务所，专门负责欧洲尤其是德国客户的法律事务。曾组织开展过：德国某世界500强企业集团在中国投资企业间的内部重组及收购兼并； 德国某世界500强化工企业在中国的收购兼并业务； 某德资集团中国子公司的全面审计Company Revision；国内某风电企业的私募及美国上市准备的相关工作； 帮助某德资客户从税务部门挽回退税损失近百万元；外商直接投资的贸易、生产、咨询服务类企业的设立工作；负责多家外商投资公司，尤其是汽车产业的公司在中国法律事务的咨询及支持工作等；
金律师曾处理过大量民商事和刑事诉讼案件，有着丰富的诉讼经验。包括全国首例判决的印刷线路板侵权案，标的逾千万元的外资公司与供应商的产品质量纠纷；标的近百万元的外资公司总经理劳动争议案，主犯被成功取保的非法经营证券业务案等。
金律师曾在美国私募协会举办的2009年度私募投资（PIPE)论坛上就PE的中国法律问题做专家发言。
金律师毕业于华东政法大学，取得硕士学位。他拥有英语高级口译资格、会计从业资格。他可以熟练地用中文和英文开展工作。

Major Experiences:
Mr. Alan King, the Partner and Attorney at Law of Zhongyin Law Firm, and the founder of the www.Amarislaw.com. He gains rich experiences in foreign investment, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, Public offering, labor law, corporate compliance, intellectual property and litigations.
Mr. King worked as in-house legal counsel for large multinational companies, e.g. New Focus Auto Tech Holdings Co. Ltd. (0360.HK) and AnBang Co. Ltd., a property and casualty insurance company, endowing him with a profound understanding of the company compliance. For his previous employers, he headed significant M&A transactions in China and the Asia-Pacific Region; organized actions of anti-infringement upon the IPRs of the company and helped the authorities to confiscate large numbers of infringing products, which have been reported by the China IP News and IP Magazine.
Mr. King once worked for a foreign-related law firm. He was in charge of the legal affairs of European clients, esp. German clients. He organized and conducted the some cases like:
- Organize and carry out the restructuring and internal M&A within PRC for a German Fortune 500 Group;
- Carry out the M&As within PRC for a German Fortune 500 Chemical Group;
- Involve in a full Company Revision of German invested Company in PRC；
- Organize and Carry out the PE and Public Offering in US for a Chinese Wind Power Company;
- Help a German based Company retrieve the tax rebate of about RMB 1 Mio from the tax authority；
- Organize and carry out the establishment of WFOE, JV in industries of trading, manufacturing and consulting;
- Responsible for the hotline services for many FIEs in various industry, esp. Automotive;
Mr. King has handled a great deal of civil and criminal litigations, acquiring rich experiences in litigations. The typical cases he handled include inter alia, the first sentenced case of copyright disputes regarding Printed Circuit Board in PRC; the disputes of non-conforming product amounting to above RMB 10 Mio between a foreign funded company and its Chinese supplier; the labor dispute in re a GM of a foreign funded company with the claim of approximated RMB 1 Mio；helping the Principal of illegal operation of securities to be out on bail.
Mr. King made speech regarding Chinese legal issues on the PIPE event hosted by DealFlow Media, Inc.
Mr. King obtained his J.M. from East China University of Politics & Law. He has the Qualification of Advance English Interpreter and the Certificate of Accounting Professional. He speaks Chinese and English fluently.
