It is never an easy thing for a foreigner to buy real property in China. On one hand, there are quite a number of documents to be signed and on the other hand, property transactions often involve a large amount of money, which always poses a big concern of money safety. In regard of the complex procedures, you need a real estate broker to help you and in regard of money safety concern, you may need a lawyer to take care of that. However, that will mean the increase of your transaction cost, namely, the brokerage fee of 1% of sale price plus the lawyer fee.

(3) upon signing of those documents, we will help to go through the remaining formalities till the end, such filing and registration with relevant government agencies.
For all the services above, our legal fee will be the amount of 1% of the sale price (may vary according to the transaction conditions), the ordinary amount you generally pay to the brokers. With that, you don't need to pay any commission to the brokers since we will take care of that matter.
